Chen Xinliang, male, was born in 1964. He is currently Vice President and Secretary General of Chinese Society of Forestry. He holds a doctor’s degree of Science in Agriculture and is a Professor, enjoying Special government allowances of the State Council. He began his job in 1986 and has served positions in General Office of Ministry of Forestry, and Research Office. He was a member of the Party Group and assumed Vice President of Chinese Academy of Forestry (Deputy Director Level) in November, 2002. He assumed Secretary General of Chinese Society of Forestry (Director Level) in January, 2013.

Liu Hesheng, male, was born in 1963 in Hubei Province. He graduated from Nanjing Forestry University and began his job in Chinese Society of Forestry in 1984. He has served as Director of Consulting Department, Director of Academic Department and Director of General Office. He assumed Vice Secretary General of Chinese Society of Forestry (Deputy Director Level) and Professorate Senior Engineer in 2015.

Shen Jinlan, female, was born in 1967. She is an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Economics and the senior accountant. Since she graduated from Beijing Forestry University in 1989, she has served in Chinese Academy of Forestry, Fund Management Center, Department of Finance, Internal Service Bureau and Department of Rules. She assumed Director of Division of Accounting in 2002. She assumed Vice Secretary General of Chinese Society of Forestry (Deputy Director Level) in November, 2019.
